One-Way Transportation

Pickup and transportation to or from the event. The trip ends after the scheduled drop-off, making this suitable when only one travel segment is needed.

Round Trip With Later Pickup

Transportation to the event and a separately coordinated return pickup. The chauffeur may leave after drop-off and return near the agreed pickup time and location.

Round Trip With Dedicated Waiting

The vehicle and chauffeur remain assigned between travel segments. Waiting and parking charges may apply, and the vehicle may wait off-site when venue or local rules restrict on-site parking.

Event Transportation FAQs

  • Not necessarily. Customers may request a later return pickup or dedicated waiting. When dedicated waiting is arranged, the chauffeur and vehicle remain assigned, but the vehicle may wait off-site if venue rules, traffic controls or parking restrictions prevent on-site waiting.

  • Submit the request as early as possible, especially for major games, concerts, holidays, graduations and high-demand weekends. A submitted request is not a confirmation. Transportation is confirmed only after Mile7 approves availability and pricing, receives any required payment and issues written confirmation.

  • Pricing is based on the route, travel time, event schedule, selected transportation plan, requested stops and anticipated waiting. Tolls, parking, extended waiting, holiday adjustments and other approved charges may be added where applicable. Mile7 provides pricing before confirming transportation.

  • Contact Mile7 as soon as a delay becomes known. Schedule changes are handled according to chauffeur availability, venue access and the selected transportation arrangement. Additional waiting or rescheduling charges may apply.

  • Standard Mile7 SUV transportation is generally planned for up to five passengers, depending on luggage and individual needs. Provide the correct passenger and luggage count when submitting the request so Mile7 can confirm whether the available vehicle is suitable.
